Sports Massage

Treating everyone from UFC fighters and Strongmen, to amateur runners, gym goers and achy every-other-bodies that don't "sport", just need fixing and maintaining.

Sports massage - Targeted, precision treatment for specific problems that plague so many people. Please do not suffer in silence any longer. I treat a range of problems, including frozen shoulders, bad necks and backs, sciatic and hip problems to name a few. 

Please always seek medical advice if you are unsure if Sports massage would benefit your problems. I do no treat pre or post surgery areas. In the course of our assessment, if it is determined you need medical intervention, the session cannot proceed any further.
