Ahead of key races throughout the OCR season we offer intensive training in the month running up to each event.

Dorset Mud Run Pre-Event Training

20th April to 18th May 2024 (Race Day)

Our recommendation for your first OCR.
We can help prepare you for the 6km route and 15+ award winning obstacles set in the beautiful Dorset countryside.
Training will include classes at the Powerhouse in addition to the Barbell Division and surrounding area.

Pretty Muddy Southampton Pre-Event Training

25th May to 22nd June 2024 (Race Day)

A fantastic oppertunity to join the other apes and act like a big (pink) kid, all while raising money for Cancer Research!
The 5km route and obstacles are open to all abilities, but that doesn't mean some training won't help you get around on the day.
Training will include classes at the Powerhouse in addition to the Barbell Division and surrounding area.

Tough Mudder London Pre-Event Training

24th August to 21st September 2024 (Race Day)

Set yourself the challege and conquer it with Mud Apes.
With obstacles lovingly named 'Electroshock Therapy' and 'Arctic Enema' and a 15km run in the mix, training before tackling a Tough Mudder is probably a good idea (as is being a part of a team!)
Training will include classes at the Powerhouse in addition to the Barbell Division and surrounding area.
