Pretty Muddy Southampton Pre-Event Training

It's a 5k muddy obstacle course that everyone, no matter their fitness level, can take part in!  Climb, crawl and slide your way to help beat cancer.

This package includes the below training ONLY! - Due to the fundraising element associated with this event, entry to the Southampton Pretty Muddy event should be arranged separately.
